Circable Ltd was founded from two simple passions: helping people and sharing the joy of circus skills.
We believe circus is an exciting and accessible way to stay active, build confidence, and learn something truly unique.
Our teaching approach is designed to make circus accessible to everyone. We offer a range of classes tailored to different needs, including dedicated sessions for children with SEN and additional needs, as well as classes for people who are returning to fitness and want a supportive, welcoming environment.
Learning circus can help people achieve things they never thought possible, often in ways they never imagined. Whether it’s mastering a new skill, building strength, or simply discovering a new hobby, our goal is to help every student surprise themselves with what they can do.
Circable classes began running in early 2026, with sessions held in various locations across Suffolk including Ipswich & Great Blackenham.

Cindy recently stepped away from a 20-year long career as a frontline paramedic to focus on her passion for circus arts.
In her spare time, she trained professionally with the incredible Aircraft Circus Academy London, a world-class circus school.
She has also performed in the popular Jukebox Circus show and is a qualified instructor in aerial hoop, aerial sling, aerial yoga, and static trapeze.
Circus has been part of Cindy’s life for many years. In her younger days, she performed professionally as a stilt walker and fire performer.
Her love for the circus has only continued to grow ever since, and she is now excited to share her passion and skills with the Circable community in Suffolk.

Rosa has spent her professional career working in health and social care management. Supporting adults and children with learning and physical disabilities, as well as neurodiversity.
She became increasingly aware of the declining health of many individuals accessing her respite service, particularly the impact of inactivity and reduced mobility on their overall well-being.
Motivated to be part of a positive, engaging solution, Rosa became passionate about creating opportunities that promote fun, movement, and improved health, leading to the launch of Circable.
This drive is underpinned by a longstanding personal interest in health and well-being, which began with her bachelor’s degree in health promotion and continues through her enthusiasm for natural movement and flow skills such as poi.
